Margot Barolo
Margot Barolo is a designer with a background from Beckmans and Konstfack. Over the years, she has worked with some of Sweden's leading companies such as Höganäs pottery, Klässbols Linneväveri, Svenskt Tenn, Rörstrand and Iris Hantverk. Throughout the years, Barolo has both worked with assignments from different companies with her own award-winning production, which together with the assignments led to a combination of knowledge in production and design strategic issues. She teaches at various design colleges and is a board member of the Swedish Designers Board. Barolo has increasingly intensified and challenged the issues of production, the Swedish art industry and our valuation of people and products.
